Job Description:

Responsible for Key Account of New Modality/Drug Substance/Drug Product commercial operation management, contains domestic/overseas client, BD, technical department etc.

coordination. Process with quotation, PO/WO/contracts, category team management.


Key Responsibilities:
1.Develop and implement strategies to improve commercial operation process and increase efficiency.
2.Collaborate with cross functional teams, including sales, marketing, technical team, finance, and legal etc. different business unit, to achieve business goals.
3.Manage and support all the documents from RFP to PO/contracts of the key accounts.
4.Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and other stakeholders.
5.Proactively identify and implement operational improvements, enhancements, and system customizations that meet business needs.
6.Manage all reporting and analytics activates for the partners including creating and managing dashboards and reports.
7.Responsible for team management and promoting the development to facilitate the BU's business.

任职资格:

Job requirements:
1.Minimum 5 years of experience in business operations, business development, project management or a related field.
2.Excellent English verbal and written communication skills is a must.
3.Chemistry/ Biopharmaceutical/business related major is prefer.
4.Experience in Pharma, CDMO or New Modality molecule (Oligo/Peptide) related industry would be preferred.
5.Strong analytical skills, strong communication/cross functional coordination ability.
6.Able to adapt to multitasking, strong commercial business sense.
