  • Develop overall marketing strategies/marketing plans to leverage BU/portfolio's position in the marketplace and translate marketing strategies into day-to-day marketing tactics for sales force promotion execution
  • Establish product portfolio strategic plans and LRP (5-10 years Long Range Plan) to support company's strategy, revenue and profit goals and monitors respective expenses throughout the years
  • Develop solid customer segmentation based on channel strategy both online & offline with clear investment strategy to achieve sustainable sales growth
  • Establish solid and sustainable relationship with Top KA customers and retail industry KOL to enhance brand equity & business cooperation of both OTC & Rx products
  • Apply different marketing mix and communication tools/platforms to maximize company & brand awareness to build strong branding, based on clear understanding of customer/consumer insights & behavior
  • Monitor and Track marketing execution with clear KPIs results evaluation on Quarterly and Yearly basis
  • P&L consciousness, strategically allocate resources & manage marketing expenditure budget to fulfil business needs and financial target
  • Develop an effective marketing team with clear capability module that supports BU marketing & sales strategies/objectives (e.g. staffing and coaching etc.) based on organization development
  • Motivate and improve the performance of the marketing team by setting standards & goals, providing regular feedback and supporting plans for performance improvement so that all team members are inspired to contribute their maximum potentials
  • Create an environment in which information regarding the market and company products can be shared and updated between the marketing team and other departments of the organization in order to generate the required business results
  • Attract, keep and develop marketing talents and manage team's turn over
  • Establish mutual understanding and trust relationship with sales team and effectively communicate marketing strategies to get sales team buy in
  • Directs the close cooperation between marketing and sales teams in the implementation with clear sales promotion KPIs monitoring/tracking
  • Cooperate with cross functional team to ensure marketing related support to brand positioning adaption from hospital BU, channel management with Trade, medical development, sales team training, finance management and process compliance
  • Keep close communication with EM related function to establish mutual understanding & strong collaboration
  • Industry experiences - Minimum 10 years working experience in Pharmaceutical industry
  • Position experiences -
  • Rx/OTC Retail Marketing/Channel/Trade management experience, EC marketing experience is preferred
  • Multiple products business management, OTC/VBP brands management experience is a plus
  • Renewal/turn-around/Growth business experience is preferred
  • Experience of both Marketing & Sales is a plus
  • Language Skills - Fluent in English both oral and written
  • Computer Skills - Working knowledge, especially good at Excel and PowerPoint
  • Mobility - Willing to travel frequently
