    We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified ESL teacher with expertise in the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) to teach primary and middle school students and prepare them for the IELTS examination. This position requires outstanding English teaching skills, the ability to develop tailored lesson plans, and proficiency in helping students enhance their listening, speaking, reading, writing, and exam-taking abilities to achieve their academic goals.

    Requirements

    1. Bachelor's degree or higher in English language, education, or a related field.
    2. TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent certification preferred.
    3. Proven experience in teaching ESL to primary and middle school students.
    4. In-depth knowledge of the IELTS examination format, scoring criteria, and strategies for success.
    5. Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
    6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
    7. Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
    8. Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous improvement in teaching practices.
