- 及时识别、发现问题,做好标识、隔离和汇报,并跟踪处理直到解决问题,防止不合格品、项在非控状态下入库或使用。必要时,按照要求做好不良品、项的管控。
- 负责产品在生产过程中各工序中的首件检验、过程检验和最终检验,及时识别、发现和记录问题,做好标识、隔离和汇报,并跟踪处理直到解决问题。此过程中包含但不仅限于刻字、电阻测试、灰分测试等。
- 记录、统计每日检验情况和相关部门对不合格品的处理意见,跟进返修、报废和放行的情况。记录NCR数据并开NCR报告。
- 发现重大质量问题立即向相关部门和领导汇报,必要时要求生产停止加工。
- 执行产品状态标识和可追溯性规定,防止不同材料等级和批次的原料混淆。检查、监督生产过程中的状态标识执行情况,对不符合要求的予以纠正。
- 完成本部门责任区内的5S和安全防护。
- 按照公司和部门要求、规定参加培训、考核。
- 负责对公司的量具进行日常维护。
- 参与质检团队的OMS活动,并配合质量部相关的内部和外部审核。
- 做好订单评审中质量相关的评审,并制作检验证书。
- 领导安排的其它工作和任务。
- 高中(同等学历)以上文凭
- 两年以上机械加工产品质量控制和产品检验经验。
- 熟练使用Office 软件,并具备初级质量意识。
- 熟练使用内径千分尺、外径千分尺、卡尺以及各种量具。
- 熟悉形位尺寸等级要求,以及公制、美制和英制螺纹的等级标准。
- 具备较好的机械加工2D图纸阅读能力,并有良好的理解和沟通能力。
- 适应三班倒工作制度,并能配合加班。
- 内校员证书,优选。
- 三坐标操作经验,优选。
- 有数控加工工厂经验,优选。
