About the role:
We are looking for a SCAN Client Services Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing clients' experience within Connect SCREEN Supplier by providing on-boarding support, program configuration, client specific Supply Chain analysis, business reviews of client accounts and their suppliers along with recommendations for program improvements. This role will primarily be providing support to the SCAN Association.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in business or supply chain management or compliance and prior experience working with customers' audit programs and to identify opportunities as well as implement and support software solutions.
