Job Description
岗位职责:
1. 供应商发票SAP系统处理以及问题发票跟踪处理;
2. 内外部邮件及时回复以及问题跟踪解决;
3. 供应商对账函回收以及对账差异处理;
4. 审核付款相关文件,安排付款;
5. 每月对重要客户以及科目进行对账,确保所有未偿项目都得到及时跟进;
6. 月末结账活动;
7. 及时向团队领导汇报日常工作中报告的任何问题;
8. 支持审计相关活动 ;
9. 严格执行各项内控政策,完成其他与应付款项相关的任务.
- 技能要求:
1. 本科以上学历,会计专业优先,会泰语优先;
2. 熟练有效的沟通技巧,具有良好的客户服务意识;
3. 泰语:具备流利读写能力。中等口语水平;
4.电脑技能:熟练掌握财务软件、WORD、EXCEL、PPT等办公室软件操作,具备一定的数据分析能力。

1. 熟练掌握英语读、写、说能力
2. 项目经验丰富,善于与不同的stakeholder建立联系
3. 良好的分析能力
