    The Position

    患者全程管理

    1.在生态圈内绘制患者就医流转图,从而更好的推动全程管理在医院内/间的落地。

    2.协助生态圈内医院及相关科室推进和打造会诊通道,协助上下层医院间衔接流转,助力绿色转诊通道的建立,最终实现患者获益。

    3.管理生态圈内患者全程管理项目的各项落地实施,并确保其合规性。

    支付方案

    与准入团队合作,协助整合罗氏相关支付方案,传递完整支付解决方案信息。

    疾病认知(患者教育 )

    与第三方机构协作,针对相关疾病领域区域现状及整体策略,协助开展患者教育,提升疾病认知,促进患者获益。

    •5年以上医药行业工作经验,有管理经验者优先
