    PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: (Include but not limited to:)

    • Finance Coordination
      -Prepare service invoice, and payroll
      -Review and manage team expenses
    • Compliance
      -Ensure strict compliance processes, procedures and policies

    -Keep current with new information and policies, and communicate changes to team

    • Office Administration
    • Coordinate with local government

    -Attend lectures to follow the updated policies

    -Coordinate with other departments to manage the office operations

    -Help to look for new office site, office decorations etc.

    • Leadership, Engagement and Development
      -Oversee staffing, ensuring the operation running smoothly
      -Manage and assist staff to ensure their expectations are met
      -Resolve disciplinary issues in a timely and legally compliant way
      -Foster a positive, cohesive, collaborative, and team-oriented work environment between staff members of both intra- and inter-office departments
      -Prepare and conduct employee evaluations and development planning
      -Create a succession plan for site roles covering staff promotion, resignation, termination
      -Observe regulatory requirements on labor

    KEY POSITION CRITERIA:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
    • Over 3 years' HRM/HRBP experiences
    • General knowledge of various employment laws and practices
    • Good verbal and written communication skills (English and mandarin)
    • Familiar with local labour and employment policies and regulations
    • Ability to show high levels of initiative and work effectively within competing goals and timeframes
    • Ability to deliver exceptional customer service
    • Excellent generalist HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
    • Excellent computer skills - Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
    • Excellent teambuilding and communication skills with ability to work with people at all levels
    • Strong personal drive and ability to work autonomously to see projects and tasks through to successful conclusions
    • Must have Tertiary qualifications in a Human Resources or related discipline
