    Overview

    The staff will base in Beijing. The area of responsibility includes Beijing , Tianjin and Shanxi.

    And will focus on research institutes, universities and some hospitals.

    How You'll Make an Impact:

    1. Develop and implement a sales plan for assigned distributor, aimed at achieving and exceeding sales turnover and financial return,

    within the most cost-effective route and timeframe.

    2. Target new business accounts and opportunities as well as existing customers.

    3. Actively manage the relationship with assigned distributors to ensure alignment with company objectives;

    4. Proceed distributor/channel with the support & information needed to facilitate their effectiveness;

    5. Maintain a high level of technical and commercial competency on relevant products, techniques and applications;

    6. Accurately forecast sales and growth opportunities within designated territory, using sales tools and applications.

    • What You Bring:

  • Master or Bachelor Major in Life Science
  • Good presentation, interpersonal and negotiation skills, Good English communications in both oral and written.
  • Excellent communication skills to take care of scientific discussion with customers
  • Strong presentation, analytical and customer service skills
  • Self-starter, able to manage time and organize and prioritize workload
  • Ability to communicate using English and local language
