Job summary
As a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at HELLA (Xiamen) Electronic Device Co.,Ltd., you will be responsible for developing product assembly processes and test methods in line with product engineering specifications.+
Responsibilities+ - Developing product assembly process and test method strictly in line with product engineering specification;
- Making the routing of assembly, calculate the cycle time and assembly hour;
- Working with internal and external supplier on new assembly line, test equipment and fixture and installation progress;
< li >Working on the continuous improvement on product assembly line and process optimization to meet company expectation on quality; cost; productivity;< / li >< li >Analyzing main faults reasons for process;product CLR(customer lin e return);WR(warranty);< / li >< li >Guaranteeing the function of operating equipment including documentation drafting updating flow chart PFMEA WI;< / li >< li >Training instructing supporting production department employees in matters of production .process enginering.< / p >
