• Formulate sales strategies and motivation indicators based on the target, perform reasonable task decomposition, and ensure that stores fully seize all opportunities to complete accessories target. Lead and guide the store number one man to make full use any effective resources to complete various indicators, including store customer resources, mall resources, gifts, coupons, etc.

If there is store activity, lead the store to achieve the accessory target

• In accordance with the direction of the operation department and the guidance of the brand manager, carry out effective product management, including raising demand for the product and making fully utilize of the product resources. Pay attention to the sales rate of each category, conduct effective product assessment. Follow closely of product knowledge of team members, etc.
• Pay attention to the combination of display and sales and participate in the formulation of store display plans. Base on the sales strategy to advise visual merchandising department on adjust display
• Training, selection, regular evaluation, maintenance of subordinate teams, focus on talent development, especially store management. Ensuring that each employee in the team masters the specific job requirements at all levels. Ensuring that managers formulate their career development plans in a timely manner, giving employees the next development direction and opportunities for further advancement
• Provide training and follow-up and guidance for store management on management, sales skills, and various professional knowledge. Instruct store managers to formulate effective medium and long-term training plans for all levels of store employees.

Follow up the progress and results. If necessary, conduct practical training guidance for store employees and understand what they have learned and where they need to improve

• Able to independently lead and guide the sales team of each store to complete various store indicators and KPIs. Supervise whether the shop's work distribution and authorization are reasonable, and continuously improve the team's professional level and efficiency to ensure that the shop in charge can meet the company's indicators and the store's internal indicators. Able to develop effective solutions to the problems found and lead the team to implement the results
• Pay attention to site management and sales. Monitor the sales and transaction completion status. Indirectly participate in sales and provide effective guidance to the sales team in real time to improve sales performance. Can directly participate in sales when encountering difficulties. Regain team confidence in performance sprints
• Fully utilize the company commission scheme and various motivation mechanism, evaluations, and other additional subsidies to continuously stimulate the team enthusiasm, inspire the team morale, and ensure that the store atmosphere contributes to the stability and performance of the team. Pay attention to the needs and feedback of store managers, identify problems in time and give effective guidance
• Develop newly appointed operations managers based on the needs of superiors. Ability to assist brand managers in tasks outside their job scop, such as short-term work and management training of other stores
• Actively collect all kinds of business information in the marketplace and report to the superior in a timely manner. Pay attention to the ranking of area effectiveness, sales revenue of our stores and competing brands, and launching of core products. To adjust sales strategies in a timely and appropriate manner
• Fully understand the functions of other departments of the company, have good coordination ability, and be able to put forward reasonable cooperation and support needs in a timely manner. Maintain good communication and cooperation with other relevant departments of the company
• Develop effective short, medium, and long-term customer development and maintenance strategies. Supervise and guide stores to complete various customer development and maintenance goals
• Responsible for recruiting suitable candidates for shop supervisor and shop manager, through effective training, instruction, and guidance to ensure that the company can meet the requirements of various positions stably. Effectively control the turnover rate of the management and the entire team
• Always follow company directives to ensure that stores adhere to the company policies.

Try to avoid any violations in the store

• Be able to provide brand managers with suggestions that help improve brand sales performance, including product management, personnel management, customer management, etc. And constantly look for new opportunities to improve team efficiency and brand profitability

任职要求: Qualifications:

• More than 2 years of sales and management experience in the same brand positioning.
• Has good temperament and affinity, strong language expression ability.
• Careful and careful work, good sales driving ability, responsive.
• Ability to use OFFICE software and daily English communication skills (equivalent to level

4 or above).

• Possesses good communication skills, personnel and sales management capabilities, customer maintenance capabilities, and training capabilities.

• University degree or above, preferably with overseas study background.
