Responsibilities
- Direct and manage project development from beginning to end. Define scope goals deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management stakeholders.
- Proactively manage changes in project scope identify potential crises devise contingency plans define project success criteria disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle plan schedule project timelines milestones using appropriate tools track project milestones deliverables identify resolve issues conflicts within the team conduct key milestone reviews per Product Development Process PDP.
