Finance Analyst (short-term)

As a Finance Analyst for Electrification Business Area in Xiamen. China, you will be responsible for fix assets management, account receivable & payable, balance sheet open items follow

Your responsibilities

• Following up Capex with all business functions, prepare fixed asset report by cost center act vs budget
• Following up CAPEX disposal process, cooperate with facility management dept discard/sale disabled FXA
• Preparing yearly FA count documents and lead each function to go through physical counting. Analyze deviations if any and come up suggestion on FA management
• Ensuring monthly review and clear BS open items as well as the account deviation analysis
• Following up outstanding items of all banks
• Supporting to prepare AP related documents or bank related documents required by KPMG audit or tax audit or supplier audit required by customer
• Supporting on the financial documents filling

Your background

• Bachelor's degree (major in accounting or finance).
• 3+ years of accounting experience in manufacturing company, with rich experience in accounting and reporting.
• Working knowledge of SAP
• Familiar in MS Excel is must and power BI will be better
• Be fluent in written English
