- Responsible for establishing, maintaining and improving the quality assurance and system in foundries.
- Management of non-conformances and ensure 8D process in quality and timely manner in foundries.
- Coordinate feedback of foundries from customer requests and questionnaires.
- Coordinate FE related quality complaints from assemblies in foundries.
- Ensure adequate change management procedure and execution.
- Manage General Quality Agreements for foundries.
- Performance VDA 6.3 audits at new and existing foundries and support customer audits at foundries.
- Involve in new production introduction and product/process transfer to foundries.
- Monitor key quality indexes in foundries.
- Bachelor or master's degree in engineering, physics or chemistry.
- At least 6 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing.
- Experience of 12" semiconductor process or integration engineering (CMOS, BCD) preferred.
- Experience with quality standards like ISO, IATF, AIAG, and VDA preferred.
- Good English and Mandarin communication in verbal and written.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and troubleshooting skills.
- Oversea travelling is required.
- Able to work independently in a dynamic environment.
