- 利用BIM技术参与工程项目各阶段的设计;
- 建筑、结构、暖通、给排水、电气专业BIM建筑信息模型搭建,独立完成本专业的BIM建模工作;
- 协同其它专业的BIM工程师同步完成综合机电管线模型的搭建、碰撞检测、可视化设计、仿真模拟等;
- 基于BIM模型,完成BIM各阶段的应用,包括图纸输出、工程量统计、报告整理、施工现场配合等;
- 专科及以上学历,有建筑、结构、暖通、给排水、电气等专业背景;
- 了解相关专业基础知识,具备基础的建筑、结构和机电专业知识及施工图识图能力;
- 熟悉工程项目设计和施工各阶段的过程;
- 能够在高级工程师的指导下完成BIM设计任务;
- 熟练使用Autodesk Revit 和BIM相关软件(AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, Ecotect等)者更优;
- 具备良好的沟通能力及服务意识,工作态度积极、主动、责任心强;
- 有良好的职业素质、团队精神和创新能力。
