• Work out right design solution or idea for customer
• Make competitive cost calculation for MKT quote
• Design review ---Discussion with Manufacture Engineer and Process Engineer how to achieve customer needs and make the right design for customer
• Design output---Discuss final design with customer and got customer approval about final design; Configuration management
• Solve proto making issue from design side and proto FAIR
• RAMS&LCC activity plan and control
• Work with R&D to develop some new product or process to meet industrial or customer needs
• Other works assigned by the supervisors. - Required:
• BS degree with majored in Mechanical Engineering
• 5-8 years relevant product experiences including process, manufacture, design etc. ,
• Good skills of AutoCAD, Solid Works or CREO
• Knowledge of system mechanical design
• Logic thinking with creative idea
• Good communication skills both in Chinese & English
• Good team spirit and high accountability. Preferred:
• Experience in power electronic/electrical industry.
