- Lead the market requirement study & market intelligence analysis in brake-by-wire areas
- Responsible for defining top level specifications based on market and customer requirements
- Overall responsible for product portfolio & roadmap & strategy for brake-by-wire with direct collaboration with engineering, sales, and product area owner
- Support new business model development for brake-by-wire
- Support market promotion activities in dedicated event and customer acquisitions
- Strong communication skills and coordination capability
- Good analytical skills with strong visualization competences
- Task and result oriented with strong desire for success
- Master degree & above in Engineering or Business Administration
- 3+ year experience in product management or braking system development
- Experience with leadership role in project or engineering topics
- Experience with introduction of new product or system in Chinese market
- Good understanding about automotive business and strong business sense
