职责描述 1、对滚筒产品服务一次就好负责;2、技改工艺的审核、实操验证、文件转化、备件变更审核,技改工艺培训内容输出
3、备件数据优化梳理:名称、对象码、故障逻辑树
4、客服中心KM咨询口径的梳理及更新
5、服务视频拍摄、制作及进行各渠道推广
6、培训资料输出,参与技能培训、培训比武、电话中心培训资料输出等
7、通过技术类信息还原分析,提升终端维修技能,倒逼产品质量改善
8、市场批量的处理
9、对接研发新品AB类的定型设计、功能模型的新品评审
10、智能诊断流程搭建,提升一次服务就好率 任职要求 1.工作经验:2年以上相关工作经验;
2.学历:本科及以上或有相关工作经验满3年以上
3、熟悉产品知识,有相关维修经验
4、业绩绩效B及以上者优先;
5、热忱敬业,主动负责,团队管理经验丰富,沟通协调能力强 工作地点
