生产操作工 - CB1 - M 职位描述

满足车间生产工作需求,按计划完成生产订单;
· 满足车间安全、质量、5S管理要求;
· 按SOP要求进行操作,参加安全及质量培训;
· 按公司要求执行,佩戴安全防护装备,不允许触碰公司火线,发现潜在安全风险及时汇报;
· 及时汇报公司安全质量事故,"0"安全事件,"0"质量事件;
·执行车间废物管理要求,对固废、废溶剂、废水、一般垃圾等进行有效执行,零违背;
·遵守车间质量管理规定,遵守车间质量管理要求,零现场质量事件违背,零质量误操作事件发生,质量异常事件及时上报;
·遵守车间5S管理要求,执行交接班管理制度,一对一进行车间责任区进行交接,对不符合管理的现场进行上报及清理,确保现场5S符合标准;
·按照车间班次的安排的生产任务,完成生产操作,确保操作的准确性;
·负责所投物料的批次、数量使用准确性符合SOP和订单要求,并负责零头物料的检斤标识;
·遵守公司的倒班制度及综合工时制要求。
