- Initiate intercompany billing and third parting FI billing before monthly cutoff date
- Posting monthly JV especially for payroll accounting, Month-end CIT accrual in SAP system
- Assist accounting manager to prepare Trial balance review data before closing review meeting
- Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations and review with accounting manager
- Submit monthly statistics report data according to requirement of statistic department
- Participate in the external audit process with specific focus on preparing PBC data.
- Prepare tax filing, Tax checklist and related Year-end tax report
- Ad-hoc assignment by accounting manager and finance controller
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- 1-3 years GL accounting experience in MNC
- Knowledge and understanding of accounting rules of PRC GAAP/US GAAP, CPA, CTA or equivalent is a plus
- Advanced analytical skills- Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint, experienced with SAP system is a plus
- Fluent in English, both in oral and written communication
- Good communication skill, Self-driven, Demonstrate the ability to work on and prioritize multiple tasks while also meeting deadlines
