- Procurement planning and scheduling of automotive spare parts.
- Release new orders to suppliers regularly and follow up purchase order status through different information channels e.g. supplier, forwarder, import team& warehouse and update goods arrival notice regularly.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on time delivery.
- Planning and scheduling for raw materials. Order adjustment according to actual demand variation.
- Inventory management.
- Monitor supplier delivery performance & service level and take actions accordingly.
- Prepare, maintain and update internal and external suppliers' data.
- Supplier complaints management.
- Other tasks assigned by supervisor.
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 years working experience in material planning and procurement, ideally in Automotive Business.
- Proficient in SAP, Microsoft Office Software operations, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Very good spoken and written
