- Responsible for new product design which includes but not limited to new platform project, advanced project with new technology, as well as cost reduction, transition projects and expansion of current products
- Master degree
- 5 years minimum experience with embedded software design in motor controller.
- Master popular motor control algorithm.(FOC and BLDC square control)
- Familiar with Fan and Pump load features.
- Previous experience on project as Lead Engineering or with Project Management
- Experience in software CE&UL certification is preferred.
