- 提高供应商的绩效,并管理供应商的项目开发。Improve supplier performance in series and manage project development from supplier.
- 处理与供应商组件相关的工艺质量问题。Deal with the process quality issues related to supplier's component issue.
- 管理质量索赔,并通过与供应商的沟通和协助确保解决方案。Manage Quality claims and ensure resolution through communication and assistance to the supplier.
- 通过管理流程和产品特定审核来解决质量问题。Close quality problems by managing the process & product specific audits.
- 在会计核算的支持下,与商品买家合作,管理退款流程。Manage the Charge Back process with the support of accounting and in co-operation with the commodity buyers.
- 根据FES的供应商管理,制定良好的进货检验计划和检验指导。Establish Good Incoming Inspection plan and inspection instructions base on supplier management by FES.
- 在批量生产过程中,对采购零件或供应商(内部/外部)进行管理更改。Mange changes on purchased parts or of Suppliers (internal/external) during serial production.
- 对预定供应商进行年度审核,并跟进审核分数的表现。Annual audit to the scheduled supplier and follow up with the performance on the audit score.
- 推动各大性能较差的品质提升。Push the major poor performance quality improving.
- APQP项目开发管理。APQP Program Management in Development
- 在项目开发过程中组织 Run @ Rates 和审核流程。Organization of Run @ Rates & Process Audit in Development
- PPAP建设和项目开发审批。PPAP Construction and Approval in Development
- 产品变更过程中经验吸取. Transition to Series, Lessons learned
- 项目风险评估、可行性分析。Project risk assessment, feasibility analysis
- 极限样件签署. Boundary Sample Evolution.
- 外购零件变更请求管理。Purchased parts Change Request Management
- 推进和跟踪质量问题。Push and Follow up quality Issue
- 监督项目时间安排。Supervise project timing

- 2年以上供应商管理经验;Over 2 Years Supplier management experience;
- 同行业工作经验或实习经验;First experience or significant apprenticeship experience in an industrial environment
- 质量基础Quality Basics
- 过程和产品意识Process and product awareness
- 二方审核经验或资质;2rd party audit experience and related certification.
- 良好的书面和口头沟通能力;Good written and oral communications skills
- 团队合作和在综合环境中工作的能力;Teamwork and ability to work in a matrix environment
