About the role:

Direct staff and serve guest needs by providing exceptional knowledge of tea items as well as information regarding preparation methods while ensuring guest satisfaction.This role is part of Food & Beverage Service department, reporting into the Chinese Restaurant Operations Manager.

What you will do:

The ability to offer guests an enjoyable, expertly served Tea/dining experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness.

Introduce the knowledge of tea and tea culture to the guests.

Be able to identify various types of tea, and be able to see their color, aroma and taste ofdifferent dishes.

Selection and preparation of tea, understand the brewing of Chinese Kung Fu tea.

What you bring:

A minimum of three years of administrative experience, preferably in a hospitality or restaurant related field or other equivalent experience is required.

Certificate of junior tea master

Has strong interpersonal skills, is able to prioritize and adapt to the changing needs of the operation

Requires basic computer skills for online training

Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English and Chinese language

Has the ability to anticipate and prioritize the needs of the guest proactively

Is energetic and has a professional approach to his/her craft
