    Your Job

  • To drive, manage and grow the assigned target customers include automotive OEM and tier1.
  • To make Molex as customer's preferred & strategy supplier.
  • What You Will Do

  • Key Functions include.
  • Outside Sales Engineer for new opportunity design-in/ drive win to build strong pipeline, drive business growth to meet the target.
  • To closely engage with customers, keep monitoring the business trend/ clearly understand customer Architecture/ platform.
  • Technical support, like product application & technical specification, product pricing information.
  • To collaborate with and utilize Distributor's resource to identity new potential customers with new opportunities.
  • To coordinate and collaborate with internal teams to well manage front design in activities to end mass production process, including order delivery and quality application issue.
  • To collaborate and align with Molex BDM/PM teams for new product & solution developed and strategy.
  • To identify automotive market trend and new application requirement, back to internal for business justification.
  • Quick response; Cross BU cooperation and aggressive collaboration.
  • Data integration and keep data integrity.
  • Excellent data analysis skills.
  • Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • College degree or above (Be capable both in written and spoken English).
  • With 3 ~ 4 years working experience as Sales, FAE or Engineering in electronic industry.
  • Automotive Market is must.
  • Be proactive, Accountable and Self-motivation.
  • Profitable growth of assigned accounts and adequate pipeline to meet business target.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Frequency business trip.
