Your Role
- Work closely with stakeholders to refine requirements based on technical feasibility and customer needs
- Develop detailed product requirements, functional specifications and interfaces for ADAS systems
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and optimization of L2 and L2+ functionalities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans to verify system functionality and performance in vehicle and on bench
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and drive corrective actions to ensure high-quality ADAS systems
- Prepare technical documentation, including design documents, user manuals, and test reports
Your Background
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven experience in developing ADAS functions such as ACC and LCC
- Knowledge in ADAS algorithms such as perception, tracking, planning and motion control
- Experience with automotive electronics, including ECUs, CAN, Ethernet communication protocols, and diagnostic interfaces (UDS, DoIP)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex projects
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Willingness to travel for project meetings and testing activities Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in software development using C/C++ and Python
- Understanding of ISO26262 and ASPICE processes
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies
- Experience with actuators like EPS and ESP, ADAS tuning and calibration activities
- Experience in ADAS regulations and standards like NCAP, UN ECE, GB, etc
