- Read the specification, Quotation, concept to know the basic information of project, Build up project team and time schedule, kick-off project with project team.
- Collect information from internal team, communicate with customer to get these necessary information.
- Control the project quality, cost and timing plan, push internal team to finish their work on time, monitor the actual work progress.
- Report project status to management team.
- Organize the project activities, such as kick-off with customer, design review and so on.
- Make quotation to customer when customer has some design change.
- Make decision when customer has some deviate requirement
- Complete the project documentation.
- Complete the some work that assign by PM Manager.
- Bachelor above with Mechanic design or electric design, business administration major;
- More than 5 years related project management experience in non-standard area
- More than 5 years industry engineering, Manufacturing engineering, or mechanic design experience.
- Have rich experience for assembly and testing line planning, has some experience to Manage the development of assembly line
- Good knowledge about non-standard automation line and manufacturing engineering.
- Good knowledge about PPAP,APQP, MSA, FMEA .
- Good project management knowledge and have high sense to control project quality, timing plan and cost.
- Good knowledge about Bill of process.
- Good at project management skill and comminution with customer.
- Good leadership with project team.
- Good Microsoft office software skill.
- Familiar with Project cost structure.
- Excellent in-house training programs (PIA Academy)
