关于产品:

Zoom App Marketplace为用户提供了一个丰富的应用集市,开发者可以快捷地创建和推出自己的应用,终端用户可以轻松地在 Zoom 广泛的产品生态内添加和使用这些应用。此外,将 Zoom 集成到其他产品中,用户能够在任何产品中轻松进行 Zoom 会议、电话、白板等其他活动。

岗位职责

1. 参与需求分析,通过用户行为研究和数据分析挖掘用户需求,与产品团队以及研发部门共同商讨解决方案并独立完成产品交互及UI设计,帮助用户真正解决痛点,提升产品体验;

2. 与研发部门紧密合作,推进并把控设计实现和落地品质;

3. 主动追踪产品落地反馈,持续优化产品;

4. 主导制定产品设计规范,并持续优化;

5. 在设计部门内部和不同设计师紧密合作,如设计系统、文案设计、用研设计,产出统一有效的结果。

任职要求

1. 英语能作为工作语言,有很好的听说能力;

2. 5年以上的User-Centered设计经验,toB为佳;

3. 主导复杂项目的设计,熟练掌握用户行为分析方法和设计工具,熟悉PC/Web/移动端设计规范并灵活运用,有丰富的项目研究和实践经验;

4. 逻辑思维严谨、清晰,理解能力强,善于沟通表达,有设计驱动意识,主动完善产品体验;

5. 适应能力和执行力强,能够快速掌握相关业务,有效与协作团队建立信任关系;

6. 熟悉团队协作工作流程及时间安排,有过跨国公司工作经验更佳;

7. 相关学科的学士学位或更高学位
