- Analyse und Optimierung von Organisationsstrukturen und Governance-Prozessen
- Aufbau und Einführung von Managementinstrumenten und -systemen
- Ablauforganisation im Bereich der IT-Organisation
- Projekt- und Programmmanagement anhand traditioneller und agiler Methoden
- Du verfügst über ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis der zugrunde liegenden Technologien für Autonomes Fahren & Digital Twin, wie künstliche Intelligenz, maschinelles Lernen und Computer Vision. Vorteilhaft sind ebenfalls Kenntnisse der verschiedenen Komponenten eines autonomen Fahrzeugs, z. B. der Sensoren, Aktoren und Software.
- Affinität für autonomes Fahren und/oder digitale Zwillinge
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Strategie- und Management-Beratung im Bereich autonomes Fahren und/oder digitaler Zwilling
- Sehr gut abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (Master, MBA, PhD)
- Idealerweise min. vier Jahre Berufserfahrung im Beratungskontext und / oder entsprechende Projekterfahrung
- Strategisches Mindset
- Gute Kenntnisse der Automobilindustrie und der rechtlichen und regulatorischen Anforderungen im Zusammenhang mit autonomen Fahrzeugen und/oder digitalen Zwillingen
