- Eliciting, analyzing, specifying, and validating the business needs of stakeholders, be they customers or end users, ensuring that all requirements are met.
- Collaborating with project sponsors to determine project scope and vision, contributing to the strategic direction of the project.
- Conducting interviews to gather user requirements via workshops, questionnaires, surveys, site visits, workflow storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and other methods, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills.
- Identifying and establishing the scope and parameters of requirements analysis on a project-by-project basis to define project impact, outcome criteria, and metrics, ensuring that all projects align with business objectives.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modeling, verification, and methodology development, demonstrating a strong understanding of business analysis principles
- Demonstrated project management skills and project management software skills, including planning, organizing, and managing resources, showcasing excellent organizational skills
- At least 5-7 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent knowledge and working experience in agile / scrum methodologies
- Knowledge of ISO Payments, Electronic Drafts, will be a plus.
- Hands-on experience on Jira and Confluence
- Strong hands-on experience on Automation Testing
- Hands-on experience on Jira and Confluence
