- Contribute as process architect in product development projects, together in a multi disciplinary team with product experts and production engineers as well as quality engineers
- Assess and use wafer fabrication processes from foundries to manufacture discrete power products like diodes or MOSFET based on SiC
- Drive complex situations to team solutions
- Build up know how (technical & procedures) in SiC wafer products and processes
- Build up and maintain external and internal contacts in own field of experience
- Investigate competitor processes and technologies
- Bachelor/Master's degree in engineering field, preferably in microelectronics or semiconductor physics
- Minimum experience is 3+ years depending on educational credentials
- Knowledge of semiconductor devices and industrial semiconductor technology with focus on SiC
- Hands on experience in SiC wafer processing at the required equipment
- Able to solve complex tasks with high accuracy
- Team player with a strong drive to achieve success
- Good organization and planning skills
- Good communication skills and fluency in English and Chinese, both written and spoken
- Willingness to travel to local partners and to the office in Germany
