Overview

The Regional Planner is responsible for creating and maintaining the long-range S&OP supply plan (24-month horizon, monthly buckets). Scope of responsibility would typically be focused on an individual region and a specific set of business lines. Primary responsibility would be creating an optimal regional plan by balancing demand, regional flows, production, and inventory.

Responsibility

Create and maintain a long-range supply plan at the business line / regional / monthly level, manage and optimize plan with ESP.

Optimize supply decisions to maximize efficiently / profitably meet demand over a 24-month horizon

Collaborate with scheduler roles when issues arise that affect the S&OE horizon

Coordinate regional demand and supply with external suppliers, tollers, and joint ventures

Coordinate with RBM to provide optimization output and supply constraints (BL/group/SKU level based on needs ) to MPS, DP & commercial organization

Maintain supply planning related master data in Advanced Planning System (Blue Yonder) (., stocking strategies, supply constraints). Master Data Integrity check – Quarterly/Half Yearly

Provide input for S&OP meetings for long term planning horizons; provide recommendations to supply chain and commercial leaders and potential plan improvements

Track key performance indicators, conduct root-cause analysis of issues, and drive continuous improvement efforts

Inventory Management – Total Inventory & Slow Moving / Aged Inventory for the Region per BL.

Take responsibility, manage & make improvement for the KPIs:

Days of Supply/ DIO, SLOB, Block Inv.

Capacity Utilization

Master Data KPIs

On Time Shipment

Qualifications 要求:

Experience in Supply Chain area, Supply planning is plus

Excellent communication skills at all levels, internally & externally.

Educated to Degree level or equivalent.

System capability , . SAP, IBP, excel & BI,

Advanced Excel knowledge required.

Professional work attitude

Numerate, analytical and results oriented.
