- Drive diversified Organization Development topic with focus on performance management at country level to enable organization transformation for Bosch China,
- Design, develop and implement talent management framework and program to nurture local talents growth and development.
- Lead or participate key OD initiatives/projects as needed
- Counter-partner with corporate department in Germany for organization development topics
- Analyze market trend about organization development and build up contacts with external experts for knowledge transfer.
- Provide consultancy enabling to HR BP for OD related topics (methods, process, tools, exchanges and workshops) in rGBs.
- Bachelor degree or above, majoring in human resources is a plus
- More than 8 year working experience in organization development.
- Good understanding or knowledge of HR function and systems
- Strategic and conceptual thinking, strong ability to analyze and solve problems, execute and deliver results
- Good at communication and influencing with stakeholder in different level
- High team spirit with strong collaboration & influencing
