- Independently design lab studies and conduct benchworks. Logically organize experimental data and validate mechanism. All under the framework of GLP and lab ESHQ guidelines.
- Report and present research results in a terse and concise way. Develop and perform lab demos for product promotion to customers and distributors.
- Closely work with function teams to create system solution and prototyping new formulas by existing products.
- Work as key stakeholder, initiates new projects with potential business opportunity, and provide technical support with R&D to accelerate new product launch in APN.
- Supports sales activities by providing technical support to customers, including problem solving and proposal for technical solution.
- Bachelor degree with 5 years/Master degree with 3 years, work experience in formula development or product application, for personal care category. Color cosmetics related experience would be a plus.
- Good understanding of applied technology for cosmetic formulation especially in leave-on formula format.
- Willing and capable to create and implement new things and drive for the optimal results. Innovative thinking and problem-solving ability base on professional knowledge, market sense, logical deductions, etc.
- Strong communication skills and presentation skills in order to work effectively with function teams and introduce complex technology to interested parties.
- Collaborative, teamwork spirits, open minded.
- Good at English speaking and writing.
- Familiar with common business computer software, such as Office, TEAMS, Outlook.
