职责描述 1、参与产品研发项目的自动化机械设计工作。2、了解自动化、电控、气动、液压等基础知识,具有与电气工程师配合完成产品设计的能力;
3、负责产品各功能部套的机械设计方案设计、成本预估和设计工作计划制定。
4、负责产品整机机械结构和零部件的详细设计及计算。
5、负责产品研发过程的风险评估及应对方案规划。
6、负责产品样机试制和设计验证测试工作。
7、负责产品机械部分BOM和技术资料的整理。
8、负责产品后续的优化改进、质量和成本的总体控制。
9、其他技术文档的编制工作。 任职要求 1 本科及以上学历,5年以上非标自动化设备机械类工作经验,机械设计制造、机械工程及自动化等相关专业;
2. 熟悉机械原理,机械设计、机械材料与零件加工工艺,熟悉公差配合的机械理论基础,良好的识图能力;
3. 熟悉计算机辅助设计软件和办公软件;
4. 具有较强的学习能力,良好的沟通表达,分析及解决问题的能力; 工作地点
