Job Summary

Provide a safe and considerate valet parking experience for visitors.

Major Responsibilities

Warmly welcome visitors who need valet parking services, and provide a safe and considerate valet parking experience;

Follow the service concept of "Universal Way" and perform the assigned position for that particular day that may be:

Runner - inspect vehicle appearance, safety; drive safely and park/retrieve guest vehicles; operate valet parking system to ensure parking information input timely and correctly;

Key Control – operate valet parking system to input key information timely and correctly, maintain and track the vehicle keys logged in; maintain the orderly storage of vehicle keys;

Real-time observation and offer tourists guidance and inquiry services;

Correctly and clearly complete the relevant work reports;

Other assigned work.

Qualifications

Fluent in standard Mandarin, good sense of service and good communication skills;

Basic computer skills required for the job;

Skilled valet parking experience;

More than 3 years of professional driving experience, familiar with manual and automatic transmission vehicle driving, good driving skills;

Adaptable to shift work and holiday work mode.

Education

High School degree or above.
