工作内容及要求:

岗位职责类:

与合作银行沟通培训需求开发制式性课程并实施培训; 银保系统培训课程开发; 定期组织分公司内部销售人员培训,提升内部销售人员的销售能力; 负责组织日常早会及夕会经营; 规划并实施产品营销推动方案及培训; 负责低阶新人招募、训练及档案管理; 配合上级主管产品企划包装、电子化平台操作与运用管理; 完成总部银保下达的其他任务; 完成多元渠道负责人下达的其他任务。

遵守监管机构制定的各项规章制度; 遵守公司制定的各项规章制度,及经公司确认的regional & global 相关规则和制度; 遵守公司或所在部门制定的业务操作流程; 行为操守符合国家法律法规、公司职业操守及道德规范守则和公司合规相关规定; 正直诚信,不向公司提供虚假的财务票据或资料; 敏锐的风险控制和合规意识。

录用条件:

学历:全日制本科以上学历,3年以上保险或相关行业培训工作经验; 有银行培训经验尤佳; 电脑OFFICE操作熟练,能熟练操作Excel和制作投影片; 较强的授课及课程教案编写开发能力; 具备良好的组织能力,良好的沟通协调能力。工作认真负责,细心高效,心态好,善于学习,沟通与表达能力强、投入度高; 具备一定的英语读写能力。

年度APE计划达成率; 关键性课程的搭建与开发; 销售人员能力的培养与提升。
