    Key responsibilities

  • conduct CRM solutions for key brands Olly and Nutrafol and guide brand CRM activation
  • Contribute to brand profitable growth by designing and implementing CRM solutions to recruit, engage, retain and upsell consumers by leveraging consumer insight from different brands
  • Explore, study, collect and consolidate internal and external CRM best practices to share with team
  • Agency management for CRM operation in key channels ALI/Tencent/JD platforms
  • Business Impact: Business value generated from applications of CRM solutions
  • Process KPIs related to member#, member GMV, GMV contribution%, new recruitment%, Repeat purchase%, engagement%, transmission%.
  • CRM skill enhancement measured by internal skill audit and external recognition
  • Experience Required

  • Bachelor's degree or above, fluency in both written and spoken English, CRM KPI measurement and SCRM/ECRM activations approaches.
  • 3 years+ working experience and at least 1 year serve for leading Retail or FMCG companies in CRM role
  • (either client or agency side).

  • Preferred: 1) exposures of different functions (Marketing/CD/Insight Data/Media); 2) Beauty, Maternal and child market CRM know-how.
  • Experience in fast pace changing environment.
  • Good interpersonal skill and teamwork spirit.
