Job summary
This is a key leadership role responsible for leading the day-to-day management of the technical project management team including goal setting performance evaluation talent development succession planning coaching supporting training mentoring establishing maintaining workflows processes standards improving overall execution efficiency project success rates. The manager will work closely with senior leadership to ensure alignment strategic direction priorities resource allocation ensuring that projects are delivered on time within budget meeting customer requirements.职位描述
