Our practice is seeking a highly qualified Lead who will work with product managers, designers, and clients, making decisions together to quickly deliver solutions to clients and their users. A packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate technology into the clients' business environment to achieve client expected business benefits.
Responsibilities:
As a Retail Leader on our team, you will support the following aspects of the Retail delivery and practice operations:
1.Will advise clients in their design and implementation of Oracle solutions for Retail.
2.Engage with clients in understanding their requirements and defining solutions, explaining business benefits and develop a roadmap to meet their goals.
3.Collaborate with partners (both internal and external) and develop solution.
4.Communicate effectively with client and cross geography solution lead on projects requirements and drive them till closure.
Represent Cognizant solution team in front of client.
Qualifications:
·Expert on any of the Reail suite like-- Oracle Retail (Preferred)/IBM Sterlin Commerce/Manhattan
·Excellent communication and ability to speak both native language and English
·Ability to manage a team across the globe
·Understanding of key Retail business processes like Inventory, procurement, Promotions, Retail Pricing, Merchandizing, Planning, Replenishment, Allocation, etc.
·Must have strong consulting orientation including an ability to quickly comprehend business problems and articulate solutions in terms of business value provided
Having worked in client facing role is preferred - Leading the delivery of projects for clients at client location.
