    职位描述

    岗位职责 Job Description:

    1、负责支持优化淘宝品牌官方企业店数字化营销素材,包括产品详情页、视频、直播、数字化内容等 / Supporting overall BSH MDA 4 E-content optimization on Taobao Brand Official Enterprise Store (detail page, video, Live stream, E-content, etc);

    2、研究、落实人货场,运用淘宝工具和体系(数据银行、策略中心、生意参谋、OAIPL和FAST等)精细化运营店铺和消费者 / Study and implementation People / Product / Place . Using Taobao tools (Data bank, strategy centre,Shengyicanmou,OAIPL and FAST) to operate Taobao Brand Official Enterprise Store and consumers;

    3、对接淘宝平台跟博西内部BU、MK以及TP公司,监控和提升淘宝品牌官方企业店产品在淘宝平台的市场份额 / Interface and coordination between Taobao platform and BSH BU, MK and TP, monitor and improve the BSH MDA4 category market share on Taobao platform;

    4、监控和优化店铺流量(根据免费流量、付费资源、大促节点以及平台支援等) / Traffic (unpaid media, paid media, promotion slot / platform resources, etc);

    5、全方位配合产品、运营,达成淘宝品牌官方企业店的销售任务 / Cooperate with "Product, Operation" for the achievement of MDA4 sales target of Taobao Brand Official Enterprise Store.

    专业资质要求 Professional Requirements :

    1、本科及以上学历,电子商务相关专业优先 / Bachelor degree or above, major in E-commerce is preferred;

    2、具备3年以上淘宝天猫平台店铺运营经验优先 / More than 3 years of store operation experience on Taobao and Tmall platforms is preferred, Alibaba P6 is preferred;

    3、熟悉平台活动和规则,熟悉使用网络营销工具包括不限于直通车,钻展,聚划算等 / Familiar with platform activities and rules, familiar with the use of network marketing tools including but not limited to through trains, drill exhibitions, polyhuasuan, etc;

    4、熟悉淘系店铺后台操作、有关键词优化经验、活动报名经验与资源 / Familiar with the back-end operation of the Taobao store, experience in keyword optimization, event registration experience and resources;

    5、有一定的运营数据分析能力,对运营品类的分析策划,流量导入,营销策略,用户转化,商家运营有成熟的方法论 / Have a certain ability to analyze operational data, and have a mature methodology for the analysis and planning of operation categories, traffic import, marketing strategy, user conversion, and business operation;

    6、具有良好的沟通表达能力、有责任心,思维活跃,有较好的逻辑性以及团队协作能力 / Have good communication skills, sense of responsibility, active thinking, good logic and teamwork skills;

    7、具有较强的抗压能力和学习能力 / Strong ability to work under pressure and learn well .
