    Summary:

    This role is responsible for providing administrative support for the customer service team as it relates to customer orders, changes, inventory and inquiries.

    Essential Functions:

  • Files customer orders, contracts and documents
  • Fulfills customer orders for samples by entering orders into the inventory system
  • Communicates with customer and internal departments about freight and shipping delivery information
  • Works with global warehouses to ensure inventory and plant readiness for incoming customer orders
  • Supports internal material ordering expedite process
  • Understands customer specifications, and makes decisions regarding freight methods as needed
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent. May consider equivalent work experience in lieu of education
  • <2 years' customer service and/or administrative experience
  • Familiarity with Incoterms
