工作描述
工作职责1、参与经纪业务及相关新业务的风险识别与评估,负责组织操作风险年度评估工作;
2、通过操作风险三大工具RCSA、KRI、LDC进行操作风险计量;
3、通过相关系统进行异常交易、操作风险监控,包括监控、预警、分析、处理等环节;
4、负责经纪业务、信用业务的监管报送的审核及制作工作,包括cisp报表、经纪业务日报、月报等;
5、参与分支机构的突发事故和重大事件处理;
6、持续推进建设和完善所对口系统或系统中的对口模块,积极参与风险管理相关系统建设和优化,对所对口系统或系统中的对口模块的数据准确性进行校验,并及时更新或督促信息技术调整;
7、负责对口部门的相关制度审核,完善公司及对口业务风险管理制度和流程;
8、参与风控文化建设,协助公司培育风险管理文化;
9、完成上级交办的其他相关工作。
任职要求
1、硕士研究生及以上学历,金融、经济等相关专业
2、三年以上相关管理工作经验;
3、有券商经纪业务风险管理相关工作经验优先;
4、通过证券从业资格考试,持有FRM可优先考虑;
5、熟悉证券公司各种业务;
6、具有较强的学习分析、沟通和协调能力,具备团队协作精神;工作严谨认真,具有较强的责任心和抗压能力。
