    We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

    In this role, you will:

    Coordinate Wealth & Personal Banking (WPB) business teams to ensure that control / action plans have been put in place to implement regulatory developments to meet the regulatory control requirements, provide support to WPB teams on various Regulatory activities and compliance related issues.

    Enable the business to clearly, consistently and comprehensively articulate the risk profile of the business/service/process, including the integrity of processes and controls to fulfil regulatory requirements.

    Drive the development and implementation of future-fit risk management frameworks, in collaboration with Risk Stewards and taking regulatory requirements into account.

    Obtain the requirements from Risk Steward of Regulatory Compliance to ensure further delivery and implementation for all WPB teams.

    Manage and coordinate relevant parties to complete regulatory survey and ad-hoc reporting in due course.

    Provide guidance to WPB teams on Compliance issues rose from external regulators / regulatory developments, and help facilitate internal remediation and response report for WPB business teams.

    Deployment management of various Regulatory activities (, regulatory developments, on-site/off-site inspections, survey request, self-checking activities and etc.,) , continuously track the regulation implementation and/or survey / response report overall status to senior management.

    Building long-term relationships with all stakeholders and strategically achieve business results and manage non-financial risks.

    Help team leader build up the teams with the professional skills, knowledge ownership and pro-activeness to the business goal and requirement and their personal development.

    Maintain external regulatory developments implement and ensure clear ownership of responsibility for implementation is established.

    Ensure all WPB related action plans have been put in place to implement regulatory developments and provide due guidance to WPB business teams to facilitate their implementation.

    Conduct compliance risk review including its identification, assessment, mitigation and control, loss identification and reporting on a timely basis.

    Requirements

    To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

    Experience in compliance, risk control or internal audit function in financial institutions preferred

    Minimun of a bachelor's degree in business, related or equivalent field is required

    Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and effectively influence and communicate across various business lines and different levels within the organization

    Attentive to details for requlations to ensure appropriate operations and action plans for updated lawsulations implemented

    Strong problem solving skills, self-driven and have good analytical and logical thinking

    Must be well originized, demonstrate initiative, and able to manage multiple projects

    Good time management skills and a positive desposition are needed

    Proficient English both in oral and written
