- Transfer of technical and commercial knowledge of wall-hung boiler products and its applications to the sales organizations (China market focus)
- Shanghai plant representative for activities to train the sales organizations in proper application as well as technical and commercial knowledge for wall-hung boiler products.
- Shanghai plant representative for after sales and pre sales support towards the sales organizations. Responsible to solve failures which the sales entity is unable to solve and to transfer his knowledge towards the sales entity to prevent the problem in the future.
- Feedback of product quality issues and future product requirements from markets into Shanghai plant quality and development departments.
- Participation in new product development projects on behalf of the local sales organizations regarding training and after sales support.
- HVAC background - experience and knowledge in the HVAC or installation sector, preferably heating industry
- Industrial engineer or technical studies
- Chinese mother tongue, fluent in English
- Strong personality
- Strong analytical skills and ability in problem solving
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
- Willingness to travel
