· 工作职责 · 1、主导新项目启动、组建项目团队,明确项目组各成员职责,有效带领团队成员共同实现项目目标 · 2、主导新项目客户信息对接,及时整合传递客户要求,组织并提交客户所需资料,协调资源满足客户需求 · 3、主导组织制定并滚动更新项目整体开发计划,整合资源达成项目目标 · 4、负责研发物料申请及管控,管控项目成本,把握及提前识别项目过程风险,采取有效措施规避风险,推进项目实施、监控整体项目进度,通报项目进度 · 5、主导组织项目开发阶段性评审,推动产品开发过程中瓶颈问题点解决 · 6、主导组织项目各成员进行项目经验总结及汇报,并组织实施项目激励 ...
