    YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • 执行公司业务策略;
  • 有效的客户管理,合理安排学术拜访、确保正确的传递产品信息;
  • 独立组织学术会议,确保依据公司流程合规执行会议;
  • 参与和支持公司的各项业务项目,确保项目落地执行;
  • 支持团队内、跨团队和跨产品线,跨部门合作;
  • 提供真实准确的业务信息反馈,支持必要的日常运营的数据更新;
  • 参加公司必要的业务培训和产品知识培训,合规培训等,完成必要的专业能力考核。

    • WHO YOU ARE

  • 本科及以上学历,医药相关专业优先;
  • 一定的相关工作经验;
  • 为人诚实、工作积极主动;
  • 具有良好的业务敏锐度、学习能力;
  • 良好的沟通能力及人际关系能力、影响力;
  • 有和医学领域专家建立并保持良好的信任和学术关系的能力;
  • 良好的创新,开拓能力;
  • 良好的自我激励能力,愿意在压力下承担挑战性的工作;
  • 掌握演讲技巧,良好的协调及组织能力。
