    Job Description

    Drafting and checking documents and the entire HR Admin part

    Enforce visibility and transparency of activities across all departments and stakeholders

    Manage the personnel files of the employees taking care that they are complete (civil status documents, studies, job file, CV, etc.)

    Management of REVISAL

    Issuing statements to the doctor/health insurance company and any type of statements, etc.;

    Drawing up job descriptions, internal regulations, collective employment contracts;

    Maintaining relations with all departments of the group

    Insulation of internal and external systems used by the company

    Ensuring that all documents are received and archived

    Provides internal and external audit support as required

    Carrying out various administrative activities requested by management and the group

    Identifies, analyses problems, provides solutions or suggests changes where necessary;

    Implements procedures and legal or applicable systems of the Evolution Group;

    Qualifications

    Advanced knowledge of English

    Knowledge of MS Windows operating system and Microsoft Office package (word, excel, Power Point), internet

    Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position

    Good knowledge of labour law and legislation

    Very good analytical and synthesis skills, attention to detail

    Organisational and planning skills

    Mature, balanced, proactive, responsible person

    Maintain work plans, deadlines, reports and budgets for assigned projects.

    Organisational, oral and written communication skills
