- have more than 10 years of work experience in a well-regarded general insurer, reinsurer, or consultancy;
- qualified actuary of a well-regarded actuarial association;
- have experience in leading or managing teams and/or projects, with strong time management skills;
- familiar with China's regulations related to IFRS17/CAS25, reserving, solvency, and asset-liability management is a plus;
- proficiency in English and Mandarin;
- strong communication (written and oral), and organizational skills;
- client-focused, results-driven, and detail-oriented; and
- be able to contribute to a pleasant and friendly working environment.
