- 中专或中技以上文化程度,机电、机械类专业毕业;
- 在百得有一年以上工作经验,实习生亦可;
- 熟练使用质量检验测量设备,具备基本识图能力;
- 了解马达加工工艺流程和质量控制;
- 了解ISO9000质量管理体系;
- 有较强的责任心;
- 基本的英语读写能力和电脑操作能力;
- 在新工作岗位上工作满半年,要倒班.
- 了解马达线所生产产品,和所需检测的项目;
- 及时准确的抽取检验样品并按照Motor check list对样品进行迅速、有效、准确地检测;
- 进行马达过程质量保证审核;
- 保证检测数据的准确性并记录检测数据, 确保记录清晰、完整、可靠;
- 对检测设备、工具进行日常的维护;
- 确保交接班顺利, 信息传递及时、完整;
- 熟悉5S并做好5S工作。
